How do children choose the story direction?
Each child gets their own illustrated story page, personalized from the details you choose to share. A 10-minute story has four choices; a 5-minute story has three. The parent receives all the links in one email. Try the illustrated sample above.
Is every story really different?
Yes. Each evening uses a fresh plot, title and combination of preferences. Recent adventures are considered so the experience stays varied.
How long does a story take?
Choose approximately 5 or 10 minutes per story when signing up, and change the length later on your preferences page. Reading time varies by age and how long your family spends discussing the choices.
Can I change the child’s preferences?
Yes. Parents can update interests, settings, story mood and subjects to avoid whenever they like.
When will I be charged?
Your first five days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you continue, billing starts after five days at your selected monthly or yearly price and renews on that schedule until canceled. The yearly option saves 20% compared with 12 monthly payments.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Select Manage subscription, enter the email you used to subscribe, and follow Stripe’s email verification instructions. In Stripe, choose your subscription and select Cancel subscription, then confirm. Cancel before your five-day trial ends to avoid a charge. After the trial, cancellation stops future renewals; stories continue through your paid period.
Can I give stories as a gift?
Yes. Choose a prepaid gift for one, three, or twelve months. A 12-month gift saves 20%. The recipient enters the children’s details and receives the stories without a card. When the gift ends, we email them a link to sign up if they want to continue. Gifts never renew automatically.
